Whole Roast Lamb on a Spit

This is a great way too cook lamb for any special occasion...Weddings, Family Reunions, Neighborhood BBQ, any large gathering celebration. The lamb can be seasoned to taste with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Rosemary, and yes....GARLIC! There are countless ways to prepare a lamb to be roast over an open pit. We like to experiment to find new recipes.
